There's no way to miss the horrid sounds that creature is making as it leaves destruction in its wake, with no apparent heroes yet arrived to stop it. Only the local authorities are here now, doing their best to block the thing's advance with a barricade and a bit of paltry weaponry. Onyx doesn't plan to step in unless absolutely necessary; he's perfectly fine directing people away from the carnage while he keeps an eye on it and all who approach to fight it.
