The knight let out another grunt of effort as he was forced to his feet, leaning almost his full weight on Hux. The general seemed to be making a few assumptions, he noted sleepily.
"Is there an actual need for me," he replied in that same tired mumble, "or is my absence really so distressing for you."
If he wasn't needed, why was he being moved? His injuries would close by themselves if he was left alone, and being dragged around like this was going to make them worse than they already were. At least he didn't have to open his eyes.
